Had a Great Meal in Poland
Well, plans for today completely fell apart – this is often how it goes when everything is affected by the chaos of war. You can make meticulous plans but there are too many variables. It was a very frustrating day, but on the bright side I was able to sit down for this amazing meal. At least I was able to finish this long day with some delicious food.
Filet z kurczaka z pieczarkami pod pierzynką z mozzarelli, opiekane ziemniaki, zestaw surówek
Chicken fillet with button mushrooms coated with Mozzarella, baked potatoes, salads mix
I lost the whole day due to chaos and now I have to rearrange my plans for tomorrow as well as the day after. I did get some things done and spruced up the van with some signage but lost a lot of time just waiting around. I never would have been able to make the run all the way there and then back to Lviv before nightfall and I do not drive when it is dark.
Here’s a photo of part of the menu, just in case you’ve never seen a Polish menu before.
